Local Shipping (Hong Kong & Macau): All standard local shipments are dispatched via SF Express directly to your doorstep or preferred pickup point.

Bespoke Production Timelines: Every single custom drum undergoes meticulous engineering and handcrafting. Our estimated production timelines (calculated from the date of final quotation confirmation) are as follows:

• Snare Drums: Approximately 2 to 4 weeks.

• Full Drumsets: Approximately 4 to 6 weeks minimum.

International Shipping: International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination. We utilize trusted global carriers including FedEx, DHL, SF International, and postal services to ensure full tracking capabilities (Tracking Number provided upon dispatch). Please note that any destination import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
