Refund policy

Customized Products: Because custom drum shells, kits, and components are bespoke and made-to-order, we cannot accept any refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once the final design is confirmed and production has commenced.

In-Stock Products: For retail items (such as the DUO Pad and standalone hardware components), we offer replacements if a non-accidental structural defect is discovered within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.
